ಬಳಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ/ Usage Directions:
RMeha ಪೌಡರ್: ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಜೆ ಆಹಾರದ ಮುನ್ನ, ಒಂದು ಟೀ ಚಮಚದಷ್ಟು ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಬಿಸಿ ನೀರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು.
RMeha ಕಷಾಯ: ನಿಶ್ಚಲವಾಗಿ 30 ml ಅನ್ನು ಊಟದ ನಂತರ, ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ, 500 ml ಬಿಸಿ ನೀರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು.
RMeha Powder: Take one teaspoon with buttermilk or warm water before food, morning and evening.
RMeha Liquid: Consume 30 ml undiluted, twice a week at night after food, followed by 500 ml warm water.
Note:
Many users experience slightly loose stools after the consumption of Stomach Kare liquid, which is a natural sign of the cleansing process taking effect.
