ಬಳಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ/ Usage Directions:
60 ml ನೀರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡದೆ, ರಾತ್ರಿ ಊಟದ 30 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸೇವಿಸಿದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಅರ್ಧ ಲೀಟರ್ ಉಗುರು ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಕು.
- ಮೊದಲ 15 ದಿನ: ಪ್ರತಿ ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು.
- ಮುಂದಿನ 15 ದಿನ: ಪ್ರತಿ ಎರಡು ದಿನಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು.
- ಅದರ ನಂತರ: ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು.
Consume 60 ml without mixing with water, 30 minutes after dinner.Immediately after consumption, drink half a liter of hot water.
- First 15 days: Drink it every alternate day.
- Next 15 days: Drink it once every two days.
- After that: Drink it once a week.
